Disclaimer Notice for Auto-Renewal Subscription By purchasing the auto-renewal subscription for Concourse, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be processed using the payment method you provided at the time of your initial subscription. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your auto-renewal subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to Concourse until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time within a billing cycle. Changes to Subscription Terms: Concourse reserves the right to change subscription pricing, features, or terms. If changes occur, you will be notified in advance via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. Responsibility for Charges: You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up to date. Concourse is not responsible for failed payments due to outdated or incorrect billing information. Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until payment is received. No Guarantee of Service Continuity: While Concourse strives to provide uninterrupted access to its services, unforeseen technical, operational, or market conditions may occasionally affect availability. Concourse shall not be held liable for service interruptions, delays, or loss of data due to circumstances beyond its control. Use of Data: Concourse collects data for service improvement and user analytics in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
